Xu Xiangwu, the executive director, vice president, and general manager of our management center, was born in 1964 in Hunan Province. Graduated from East China Jiaotong University and Central South University successively, Mr. Xu has obtained a bachelor degree in civil construction and a master degree in structural engineering. With the experience of over 23 years in project management, construction R & D and design, Mr. Xu is responsible for our engineering construction system.
